The staff is professional, the breakfast satisfactory, the location is great just off the beach despite being indoors and a convenient store. The double room overlooks the ocean and includes an electric kettle and refrigerators. It's neat, has Japanese design. All in all they offer excellent service.

Great beach location and helpful service. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was enjoyable with a mix of Japanese and Western options. the fish soup was a favorite! Our kids loved the pool area, even though it was not yet heated in spring. the hotel has both Western and traditional Japanese rooms, and we found ours comfortable. the onsen and communal bath were also quite nice.
The hotel is very outdated and needs a renovation. Our room smelled of smoke and as non-smokers, it was unacceptable.

The hotel is situated right on the 4 km long Nijinomatsubara beach, backed by a pine forest planted about 350 years ago. the rooms offer an amazing panoramic view. Breakfast has a generous buffet spread at Gepparou, giving the feeling of being right on the beach despite being indoors. the hotel has a souvenir shop with an amazing local snack selection.
Service could be improved with more staff members fluent in English.

Enjoyed beach view at breakfast buffet, fresh and delicious local fish at breakfast, staff were friendly and helpful with calling taxis. The room was spacious and had a Japanese bath available as well as Western-style shower.
The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy, particularly on higher floors, and the furnishings were slightly outdated. The hotel also charged extra for some amenities like access to the yakiniku restaurant and aqua relaxation spa.
